Senior Minister

Ross is our senior minister, who commenced his ministry with us in 2011. He is married to the lovely, Leanne. They have three beautiful married daughters, and nine energetic grand-children, all living in the Shoalhaven region.

Prior to studying at Moore College to become a minister, he spent 16 years in the building industry, as a glazier/glass cutter, along with some middle management, within that trade.

In earlier days, he also worked a second job for 10 years, as a casual barman. So he knows how to pull a ‘good beer’. Ross loves many sports, including rugby league, cricket (having played both competitively in the past) and motor racing (V8 Supercars & F1). He is a die-hard South Sydney Rabbitoh’s & Ford supporter, having supported them both for many years. He even takes an annual trek to Bathurst (Bathurst 1000) with mates. But at the centre of his life, is his risen Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, who he is only too happy to talk about, if you are open to explore further.

Assistant Minister

Dave Saunders commenced ministry at Ulladulla Anglican in February 2017. Dave is responsible for our 10:30 Family Service, Music and Kids/Youth Ministry.

He’s been happily married to Jane since 1986 and they have two teenage boys - Bobbie and Gaige.

Dave started following the Lord Jesus when he was 15 at Kurrajong Anglican Church and trained for ministry at Moore Theological College. He’s previously worked in retail, newspapers, the music industry and education. Married life and work has seen Dave and his family live in the Hawkesbury, Hunter, Far North Coast, ‘ The Shire’ and Central West NSW.

Dave enjoys time with family, a good coffee (recommends Native next to Ulladulla Harbour or Pilgrims in Milton), surfing, watching sport (especially AFL), golf, cycling, BBQ’s and music.
